They say twins have their own language. Let us be the first to confirm that statement.

Maricela is based in Washington, D.C. and Maritza lives in the concrete jungle of New York City. Although you will frequently hear us finishing each other's sentences, we strategize and approach situations differently. This has proven to be very helpful in providing clients an array of ideas and solutions.

We both obtained Communication degrees from California State University, Fullerton and a Master's degree in Public Relations and Corporate Communications from Georgetown University.

Maricela has over eight years of professional experience in the fields of strategic communications and event planning throughout the country. Her background working within non-profit, private, and government sectors equipped her with extensive knowledge and understanding of strategizing marketing campaigns and meeting management.

Former employers include the U.S. Treasury Department, the Latino Leaders Network, Public Broadcasting Service (PBS), and most recently the Hillary for America Press Advance Team.

Most events featured high-level officials including mayors, member of Congress, appointed officials, presidential candidates at the Democratic National Convention & Republican National Convention, including President Barack Obama and celebrities.

Maritza is an accomplished public relations professional with over eight years of comprehensive media relations experience, securing top tier placements for clients across print, broadcast and online platforms. She has led public affairs campaigns for foreign and domestic clientele, ranging from governments to non-profits to corporations. She specializes in high-level communication strategy, including media relations, messaging, digital media, and marketing.

A sampling of Maritza’s placements include: The New York Times, The Washington Post, Forbes, Huffington Post, The Wall Street Journal, CNN, BuzzFeed, Associated Press, and numerous international outlets and domestic Spanish press.

is a

real thing.

The twins were born and raised in Southern California to Mexican immigrant parents. They were #9 and #10 out of the 10 siblings. Being part of a big family teaches you unique ways of communicating and how to be a team player. Growing up they loved the game of basketball (GO LAKERS) and coordinating dance routines to perform during family BBQ's. They are the only two from their family that live in the East Coast. Luckily, they have each other and are fulfilling their dream of becoming Latina entrepreneurs.

Let Us Answer Your Twin Questions ;-)

A: Yes, we're twins but are fraternal.

Q: Can you read each other's minds?

A: No, but we frequently say the same thing at the same time....followed by, "Stop copying me!"

Q: Have you ever tricked people and switched places?

A: Oh yeah! Classes, basketball teams, jobs, dates., etc.

Q: If I pinch you, can she feel it?

A: No, so please don't pinch me.

Q: Which one of you is the oldest?

A: Maricela was born only two minutes earlier, but our dad calls Maritza "the baby"....and only Maritza.

Q: What's it like to have a twin?

A: It's AWESOME and we wouldn't want it any other way!
